So...they are replacing the pipeline near our house.
(You can see our house through the trees.)

But we do not have it nearly as bad as the neighbors!

Malakai thinks the tractors and trucks are the best thing ever,
so the construction does not bother him one bit!

Lamar was working in the yard and heard something
"not quite right"...and went up the street to find this!
(Don't worry, he made sure the driver was OK
before he went to get the camera!)

Then the excavator came to dig the makeshift road
 away from the water truck.
(You know, the road he rolled off of!)

The guys tied some hoses or something to the truck
so the excavators could pull it back over.

Better than a movie!

Here is what it looked like.  The guys said they were
bummed because that was their best water truck!

Unfortunately, when they pulled it to it's side, it was
quickly discovered that the hatch on top of the tank was gone,
so all the water poured down the hill...

...and into our back yard!

Good thing for the gulley behind our house!

It did leave behind quite a bit of yuck!

But the silt fence held!

Some of the guys cleaned up the site

While some others cleaned up our yard

And in under two hours, you would never know it had happened!
